Our tips for consuming Russian rose honey

As with most nectars, it is beneficial to take a teaspoon of Russian rose honey in the morning, on an empty stomach. Preferably 30 minutes before breakfast. This allows you to take full advantage of its properties.

Precautions and storage

Honey should not be given to children under one year of age, due to the risk of botulism.

It is also not suitable for people allergic to hive products.
