A balanced recipe
Black tea forms the base of this blend. The black cumin seed (Nigella sativa) brings its characteristic peppery note, while cinnamon rounds the whole off with a warm, lightly sweet touch.
Preparation
Pour one sachet into a cup of hot water at around 90 °C and leave to infuse for three to five minutes depending on the strength you prefer. Enjoy plain, sweetened with honey or with a dash of milk.
Storage and precautions
Store the sachets in a dry place, away from light and strong odours.
This tea contains caffeine. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, nor late in the day for those sensitive to caffeine. Keep out of reach of young children.
