Black cumin is one of the best-known and most widely used prophetic remedies known, from the time of our beloved Prophet ﷺ to the present day. Yet many people are still unaware of the precious nature of black cumin, mentioned even in a hadith where the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, " The black seed (black cumin or haba saouda) is a remedy for all diseases, except for sam. (Sam says Ibn Chihab is death). " [Sahih al-Bukhari 5688] The nigella flower is a herbaceous plant that produces small black seeds, the famous nigella seeds. These seeds can be used in a variety of ways, depending on what you want to do with them, and one of the best-known forms is, of course,black cumin oil.

Black cumin oil

This precious oil, known in Arabic as habba sawda oil, is obtained by cold-pressing the seeds of black cumin, another name for black cumin. Composition

Black cumin contains many minerals, vitamins ( particularly B group vitamins), proteins and amino acids. Its active ingredients also include several molecules responsible for nigella's many benefits, such as thymoquinone and para-cymene , which are immunostimulant, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory. Black cumin seeds also contain nigellin and nigellone, which have antihistaminic and anti-allergic properties and help keep the digestive system working properly.
